With people that support Harold Covington, unless they are neophytes and very poorly informed, it always comes down to that. A Covingtonista can only be somebody that is not troubled by rampant lying.

I will grant that you distinguish yourself among the Covingtonistas, Jimmy Marr, by saying that Covington’s lying about other racialists has not been a good thing. (Other Covingtonistas like Robertek think that Covington’s lying about Klassen, Pierce, et al. was just fine, and we saw Joe Cooper here also insinuating that it was justified.) But I don’t think that lying about the Jews or non-Whites is really a good idea either. The truth is our friend. Our credibility is our best weapon. Our own conviction that we represent truth is the basis of our morale. All of that evaporates if we accept the notion that lying is a good strategy, or that a noteworthy liar can be one of us.

Candidate with Neo-Nazi ties enters SLC council race

Jack Gray is running against Salt Lake City Councilman Luke Garrott for Council District 4. In a brief interview, he said he’s running on a jobs platform. When asked about his political affiliation, his battery started running low and the interview ended.

So far, Jack Gray, a resident of the Trolley Square area of downtown Salt Lake City, is the only challenger incumbent councilman Luke Garrott will be facing in the upcoming election. This is not Gray’s first foray into politics, however. In 2007, he finished in 5th place with only 72 votes in the council race. He received little media attention except he did get a nod from a post on White Reference, a blog that disseminates news to the “White Nationalist” community. His election performance there is noted and the post identifies Gray as the Utah leader of the American National Socialist Workers Party.

ANSWP is a Neo-Nazi splinter group whose founder William White recently won in a First Amendment battle in April 2011 that released him from jail in Chicago for a 2009 conviction of intimidation of a jury foreman through his inflammatory “hate” speech. A federal court overturned the 2009 decision on grounds of freedom of expression. [WRONG: THE CHICAGO CHARGE WAS DISMISSED IN 2009, YET THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTINUED TO MALICIOUSLY PROSECUTE BILL WHITE KNOWING, AS THEY HAD FROM THE START, THAT WHITE’S SPEECH WAS PROTECTED BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT.]

Salt Lake City’s Jack Gray, however, says his platform is about the local economy. “Economy is bad and we have a high U.S. debt,” Gray says. “I could do a better job.”

Gray says he did an Internet search and found high unemployment in his council district and says that was his motivation for challenging Garrott.

“Unemployment … Stock market is crashing… Elected officials are responsible for the economy, right?” Gray says “So a challenger is going to say the economy is bad right now so [voters] might want a different representative.”

Gray says he’s still researching how to create jobs but says he’s ready for the task. Despite a Website still listing Gray as the head of the Utah ANSWP, when pressed about his political affiliations, Gray says he doesn’t have any.

“Officially, I’m not affiliated with a political party, so I don’t really talk about a certain political party. I’m supposed to be impartial,” Gray says.

When asked about past affiliations, however, Gray quickly warned a reporter that his cell phone battery was dying and ended the interview. In a follow up message, Gray said he no longer is affiliated with the ANSWP.

Vincent McGee pleads guilty, sentenced for brutal “manslaughter” of Richard Barrett

July 28th AP story from Brandon, Miss. –

“Circuit Judge William Chapman sentenced McGee to 65 years in prison, including 20 for manslaughter, 20 for arson and 25 for burglary. McGee has been held without bond since his arrest days after the killing.”

WHO WAS RICHARD BARRETT?

Richard Barrett, while his death is tragic, was never a friend of the White movement. He never would represent anyone other than his own, non-existent, so-call “nationalist” group. Further, he voluntarily gave evidence to help send David Duke to prison. Richard Barrett stayed at my house on a number of occasions, and I can say, he was one strange person. When he came one time to stay, he had a young man with him and I said, “keep on going.” Richard, for no reason whatsoever, would bad mouth great patriots, I guess simply to cause trouble. In the Forsyth County Case, it is not exactly true that he beat Dees, we, the other co-defendants, wanted him out of the case because his actions were so bizarre. Richard made hundreds of thousands of dollars ( I know this from my conversations with him) suing cities for not letting him march, while he never could produce any more than 3 or 4 young kids to march with him — he never gave back to the Cause. In closing, I sincerely hate to talk about a person that is deceased, but Richard, in life, was never a friend of the White Racialist Cause, at least in my opinion.
