William A. White to have hearing in Roanoke on June 24th

I should say MAY have a hearing. I’m thinking Bill won’t be there in the flesh.

I have a hearing, I’m told, in Roanoke on June 24th, so — don’t send anything important to me here at Loretto. I have no idea when I’m leaving for that hearing (or, how they can possibly get me down there in time.)

I need to find out what Bill means by ‘important’ and what case has a hearing scheduled. I know Bill still has a motion to vacate or something going on one of his old cases, but I think this hearing might be for the wife threats case. I will find out more and update.

I don’t know if Judge Turk appreciates Bill’s sense of humor or not, but it seems to me Bill might be getting off to a bad start on this case.

You tend to say “God A is god B is god C is god D.” This proves nothing. I think you should slow down and give more examples to show how these gods are the same god. The very same god.

Bill White’s response:

In saying one god “is” another god, I am trying to show how a few archetypes developed in a few places spread into multiple locations. I also try to identify the errors that the various peoples have made in equating different gods, who really represented, in the beginning, very different archetypes.

The trouble is that, in writing a work of a broad scope, one has to summarize information….

It appears that all of the truly evil and / or decadent Popes originated in or were raised to power by the Dukes of Tuscany or the ruling families of Florence.

These are the former Etruscans lands in the north of Italy.

I was already going to write on the nature of the “Empire” under Justinian, which was more along the lines of modern American democracy than anything Traditional, and I came across these amazing paragraphs.

Anyways, I thought I would share. This immediately brought to mind David Icke’s vision of prominent Europeans as shape-shifting reptiles. Yes, Icke is a nut … but, what a coincidence.

Manticore Press has published an essay I wrote (with heavy editing) on “The Traditionalist as a Liminal Model” in their latest volume, Aristokratia.

If you can snag a copy, it may be worthwhile to even scan the article and post it. Its good enough to make even my brain work as I re-read it.

The rest of the book is quite excellent as well, at least so far…

Heard from Bill White in Loretto

Heard from Bill and he is doing fine. He sounds so jolly, one almost would think Loretto is a great vacation spot.

I think I misjudged Bill on the sealed motion to amend letter that he sent the court. Sounded like he was reverting to his old overthrow ways. He can’t do that anymore. But I was wrong. He is trying to get that speedy trial and he DID have a valid legal point to make with the judge. I can’t go into it, because it might embarrass a witness somewhere.

I know nothing about the law, but I guess it might be that when a person is already serving a prison sentence, the speedy trial is a moot issue. But you know Bill. He is tenacious when he wants something, and he wants that speedy trial.

Brief non-legal, non-sensational update from one of Bill’s first batch of emails:

I arrived at Loretto FCI yesterday morning and got my phone and email turned on this morning as well. I have not felt this good about being in a prison in a while. LOL. The weather here is beautiful, I am well rested and back in possession of my books from before I left, and deeply immersed in the history and development of Byzantine and post-Byzantine Italy. LOL.

Many things have been going on. First, I have been in holdover or lockdown for the past month, meaning I could only send three letters a week. I apologize if [anyone] couldn’t get one of those letters, because many of them have been going to the Courts.

He should be staying there for awhile. I have not heard from Bill since the last post, so I have no idea how he is doing. I know he doesn’t want to be in Loretto, he wants to be in the Roanoke City Jail and getting his speedy trial.

Unfortunately, all these houses of correction  that Bill has been bouncing around to in the last year do not seem to be worth one dime. I say that because I saw over on PACER that Bill sent two letters to the court that have been sealed due to some content which the feds did not like.

Judge Turk did seal both the letters.

I wonder if ‘appearing to discourage the individual’s testimony’ is anything like witness tampering? It kind of sounds like it.
