July, 2009 -Chicago, Ill. indictment dismissed

September 13, 2010

While looking for something else, I found this old letter from Bill White on Nikki’s Nest. It was written to Glenn “Rounder” Miller. The “Operation Hopeful Eagle” program that Bill mentions really was called “Operation Vigilant Eagle”. The government’s/Wall Street Jounal’s/NPR’s explanation of OVE never made a lick of sense to anybody and Bill’s explanation does make sense. Maybe someday, somebody will determine the true story on Operation Vigilant Eagle.

The notorious Hal Turner eventually was convicted, after two hung juries.

Unfortunately, the government continued to persecute Bill White. They took six weeks to move him from Chicago to Roanoke, VA. They arrested him again on more trumped up charges. Then, they held Bill White in jail, without bond, despite that fact that two (2) Court psychiatrists had determined that Bill White was not a danger to himself or to the community.

Everything that Bill had worked for was gone before he left Beckley for Roanoke, VA for the civil trial in August, 2010. It’s ironic that the Judge, Judge Turk, who has kept Bill in jail all this time and so kept Bill from running his business and his estate, was the same Judge that presided over the civil suit which awarded a small fortune to the Virginia Beach Tenants. Too bad for them, the money is gone! And it doesn’t look like the government wants to let Bill out of prison, anytime soon.

Yet, even from prison, even from “the hole” where he now is doing time for a (set-up) fight with another inmate, work-a-holic Bill is doing his best to get out of prison and to get his company “White Homes” going again so that he will come out of prison swinging with both fists. – americafarm

“July 28, 2009

“Glenn,

I am writing everyone who has been kind enough to write to me, to share news of my acquittal. Last Tuesday, Judge Lynn Alderman dismissed the Chicago, Illinois indictment against me, noting that it violated my civil rights and that I had been wrongfully imprisoned.

I have not yet been released. First the government attempted to stay my release. This was rejected Friday. Now, the government has made another argument which will be decided this Friday.

When I was arrested, I was indicted in two different districts for essentially the same offense. The Illinois indictment has been cleared, but the Virginia indictment, which, at this point, must be dismissed, is on the books until I return there. The government is arguing I must be detained until I return; we are arguing I should not be detailed on an indictment known to be invalid.

Regardless, I will be released either this weekend or in 40 days.

Hal Turner, who, you may recall, I tried to warn was under investigation, may have his case dismissed based on the precedent established in mine.

If you are still on VNN or other websites, I’d ask you to get the word out that my arrest was the first in what the government calls “Operation Hopeful Eagle” – a program to trump up charges against all perceived “white supremacists” not on the FBI payroll, and replace them with FBI stooges. My personal belief is they are trying to put people in place to cause a major “domestic terrorism” incident, ala Oklahoma City – given the FBI does nothing but cause violence and hate crimes, they are targeting peaceful people and all the informers now known to me are encouraging violence to entrap others. That seems the only rational explanation.

I would caution all white activists to be particularly vigilant in avoiding any discussion of illegal acts, as such discussings quickly become conspiracies that carry as much time as the act themselves. The FBI is making a huge push and I do not want to see anyone else caught up in it.

Additionally, I have to apologize to individuals who have pled guilty to federal offenses – like yourself or David Duke. While I did not cooperate or plead guilty in anyway, I also suffered being labeled a “terrorist”. I ___interrogation measures and isolation in a maximum security unit for two and a half months. I could have cooperated, made a proffer, and left – I chose not to.

I have retained civil counsel and will be suing for civil rights violations and wrongful imprisonment; damages are in excess of $7.5 million.

Despite reports, my company and family have survived the experience without lasting harm, and I completed a successful reorganization in Chapter II two weeks ago, eliminating about $1 million in debt and retaining essentially all my property.

Again, I thank you for having written, and please share my comments and warnings with the white community.

Sincerely,

Bill White” (end of letter)

Coming up Aug 24th: hearings in Roanoke

August 17, 2010

Here is another note from Bill White, below. The hearings in Roanoke are for 7:09-cv-57, the case brought by the black tenants or “Unnamed Citizens, A, B, C, D and E” (as they preferred to be called) of Virginia Beach, and their “Minor Children”. I think this case is an odious snivel rights type case, specifically aimed at bankrupting Bill White (isn’t he already bankrupt?) and (the defunct) ANSWP.

“I’ve dropped you some letters on upcoming events. I am being transported to the Roanoke City Jail for hearings August 24 through 28, then being returned to Beckley, then going to Chicago. If I get my injunction, I’ll be released from there to a halfway house. We’ll see.” – Bill White

Last week, Judge Turk dismissed a case Bill White had brought against SECOR, the corporation that runs the halfway houses. SECOR had sent a notice, saying they would not give Bill a spot, because he had a violent history and a narcissistic personality disorder. Bill sued under the discrimination against persons with disabilities act (ha ha). He also argued that he hasn’t been convicted of a violent crime since he was a youth (the criminal cases the government won, strangely, did not hinge on whether Bill White INTENDED to commit an act of violence). Furthermore, the second Court-ordered psychiatrist, Dr. Daum, disagreed with the first psychiatrist’s diagnosis of narcisstic personality disorder. At any rate, both psychiatrists found Bill White to be sane and not a danger to himself or the community. Judge Turk, who should have let Bill White go for time served last Spring, threw Bill’s lawsuit out, saying that Bill White had not exhausted the prison system’s (oh so kind and helpful) policies to resolve the conflict.
